The Larry Turner Construction Mentorship Program
The LTC mentorship program targets young construction professionals looking to build an intentional career for themselves in the Built Environment.
This program is designed to help young practicing construction professionals navigate through their journey in the construction industry, towards a defined career goal, with the guidance of a group of mentors.
Applicants would need to show evidence of being committed to building a successful career in the construction industry.
Selected candidates would undergo training and counseling aimed at professional development, employability, entrepreneurship, and charting a defined career pathway. They also stand to benefit from networking with industry veterans and pacesetters and will be prepared to undertake professional certifications and obtain chartered/corporate memberships of reputable professional bodies.
Successful candidates would be presented with awards and badges of completion on completing the mentorship program.
